Thanks for your question. Dr Beatty and I chatted about a great many options for your smoothie as you kickstart '8 Weeks to Wellness.' If you want to 'use' your smoothie to power up your day, you can combine your proteins with your greens in some juice or almond milk (or water!) along with a variety of fruits and vegetables.
For protein, Dr Beatty talked about Prairie Naturals Hemp Protein, Whey Protein or Rice Protein powders. For greens, Prairie Naturals offers Blueberry GreensForce and Cranberry GreensForce. He also mentioned Chlorella as a detoxifier, and you can throw that in the mix, too! Add your favourite berries, maybe a banana, and off you go!
