Daily health tip #19
Live like you’ve imagined. (Thanks, Thoreau.)
It’s important to remember that the health of all parts of us – body, mind and spirit – is inextricably intertwined. Improving the status of one of these aspects of yourself causes a ripple effect that spills over to the other parts of you: if you start your journey focused on your spiritual path, invariably you will realize you must honour the body that houses your spirit with nutritious food, regular exercise and optimal rest.
If your journey to vibrant living began with creating a healthy body, eventually you awaken to your spirituality as you nourish and hydrate cells, release toxins (including toxic emotions), improve your strength and boost your circulation. With a cleaner body, there are fewer distractions that keep you from hearing your intuition and feeling the power of the universe. With fewer distractions, you can start to create the life you’ve imagined.
Wherever you are in your journey, if you are tired, or in pain (or if the state of your physical being is a source of emotional pain), it’s difficult to focus on anything else.
If you’d like some simple, practical tips to help you become healthy and find the energy to create more in your life, I invite you to download my free e-book Feed Your Soul: A Guide to Nourishing Body + Spirit. Just go here: Live Vibrantly.
