Cleansing soup
When preparing this soup, leave the vegetables slightly crispy. This soupwill help clear out your system!
half a shallot
1 bunch scallions
1 leek
2 cloves garlic
half a zucchini
half a cucumber
broccoli florets
½ -1 cup green cabbage
½ -1 cup Chinese cabbage
1 tomato
1 fresh chilli pepper
2 stalks celery
vegetable broth to cover
Cut all veggies and throw into your pot. Cover with the broth and bring to a boil. Reduce temperature, and let simmer for about 8-10 minutes. Add salt, pepper, cilantro, or other fresh herbs to taste.
