BAKED BREAKFAST MILLET

Baked millet

1 cup millet
 

3 cups pure water

Place in a casserole dish with a cover. Bake at 200 degrees for about 4 hours, or cook in a slow cooker over-night. You can add any of the following: nuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, sesame seeds, flaxseeds, butter, sea salt, rice or nut milks.
